Q. Is it okay to just get an estimate for the purchase price?A.

Yes. Estimates are generally free of charge. Please feel free to contact us.

Q. What do I need to sell my items?A.

The items you wish to sell, such as cameras, and a form of identification. This includes health insurance cards, basic resident registration cards, driver's licenses, and passports. Q. What are your purchasing methods?A.

Q. What is on-site purchasing?A.

This is a purchasing method where we visit your home and buy your items on the spot. We recommend this option if you have many items to sell, as it eliminates the hassle of packing.

Q. Can I specify the date and time for the on-site purchase service?A.

Yes. Please let us know your preferred date and time. Regarding the time of our visit, we request a one-hour window to account for potential delays due to traffic conditions. For a 10 AM reservation, we will arrive sometime between 10 AM and 11 AM.

Q. I'd like to request an on-site purchase. Which areas do you cover?A.

While our business trip coverage is primarily within Toyama Prefecture, it also depends on the circumstances, so please let us know your preferences first. We have a proven track record of numerous visits outside this area.

Q. How to sell your items using our doorstep pickup and appraisal serviceA.

Please contact us by phone, inquiry form, or email. Based on the information you provide, we will inform you of the purchase price of your item. We will then explain the process for shipping the item to us.

Q. Are shipping and handling free for home delivery trade-ins?A.

Yes, it's all free of charge. (All costs will be covered by us.)

Q. How will I be paid for my items when using the home delivery buyout service?A.

Payment will be made to an account in the name of the customer who applied for the purchase.

Q. Do you buy old cameras?A.

Yes. We buy cameras, camera lenses, and more, regardless of their age.

Q. Do you buy broken cameras?A.

We apologize. Generally, we purchase cameras that are confirmed to be operational. However, we have also purchased non-functional models, so please feel free to inquire.

Q. What items do you buy?A.

We buy cameras (digital SLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, compact digital cameras, film cameras, etc.), camera lenses, and various camera accessories. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Q. Can you buy camera lenses only?A.

Yes, we do purchase these. Additionally, if you're considering selling to other companies, please consult with us. In many cases, we can offer a higher appraisal than other companies. Please don't hesitate to reach out.

Q. The quantity is large, but can you pay for it all at once?A.

Yes. We will handle it in the same way as our standard purchase process. Each item will be carefully appraised and purchased.

Q. Purchases from corporationsA.

Just like personal information, corporate information is also protected, so you can sell with confidence.

Q. Regarding the age for selling itemsA.

Please note that customers under 18 years of age will have their items purchased by a guardian. (Due to regulations)

Q. Items we cannot purchaseA.

We cannot purchase stolen goods, items with outstanding loan balances, or items currently on rent. (As per legal regulations)
