Payment method
You can choose from four payment methods: credit card payment, Orico shopping loan, cash on delivery, and bank transfer.
■Credit card payment
Regarding the withdrawal date, it varies depending on the closing date and contract details of the credit card you are using, so please contact your credit card company directly.
■ Orico Shopping Credit
Orico shopping loan allows installment payments from 3 to 84 times. When paying by shopping loan, after you place your order, we will send you a URL via SMS for entering your customer information. When applying for a shopping loan, please make sure to enter your mobile phone or smartphone number.
■ Credit card payment accepted / Cash on delivery (Sagawa Express e-Collect)
The delivery company collects payment on the spot when delivering the product to the recipient. Products will be delivered by Sagawa Express. Please pay the product代金 (including shipping and handling fees) to the Sagawa Express delivery person in exchange for the product.
Payment Method
Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
In addition to single payments, you can also choose from 2-installment payments, revolving payments, installment payments, and bonus lump-sum payments. The number of installment payments available are 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, and 24 times. At the time of settlement, we will ask the customer for their handwritten signature on the sales slip output from the card payment terminal. *The period for bonus lump-sum payments is [Summer] January 1st to June 15th, and [Winter] August 1st to November 15th. *Credit card payments cannot be processed if the transaction exceeds your credit limit or if your card has a magnetic strip error.
Cash on Delivery (COD) fee
The following cash-on-delivery fees (tax included) will be charged. The fees vary depending on your total order amount.
Up to 10,000 yen: 330 yen
Up to 30,000 yen: 440 yen
Up to 100,000 yen: 660 yen
Up to 300,000 yen: 1,100 yen
Up to 500,000 yen: 2,200 yen
Up to 600,000 yen: 6,600 yen
*Cash on delivery is only available for orders totaling 600,000 yen or less.
*Cash on delivery fees are borne by the customer.
*To prevent problems, cash on delivery is generally not available when the orderer and the recipient are different.
*Products sent cash on delivery cannot be forwarded after shipping.
*If your package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to receive it after shipment, regardless of the reason, we may refuse future orders. Thank you for your understanding.
Bank Transfer
Please transfer the payment to the following account within 3 business days of placing your order.
Orders will be canceled if payment is not received by the deadline.
