Regarding your order

Q. I have not received my order confirmation or inquiry response email.A.

The following reasons may be considered:

  • If your order/inquiry has not been completed.
  • If the email address you entered during your order/inquiry is incorrect.
  • If you are unable to receive emails due to spam filter settings.

[For computers]
For free email services such as Yahoo or Gmail, emails may be sorted into the spam folder.
Please check your spam folder once.

[For mobile phones]
Settings that block emails from computers may be in place.
If you are using domain-specific reception, please add or @fivestarcamera.net to your allowed senders.

If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order on our business days, and wish for the email to be resent, please contact us.

Regarding the product

Q. Is the condition of the used item okay?A.

Rest assured. Each item is carefully cleaned and maintained.
All items undergo thorough functional checks, so you can use any product with confidence. Furthermore, if an item has any defects, those areas are clearly stated.

Q. Is there a warranty for this?A.

All products come with a 1-month operational warranty. In the unlikely event of an operational defect occurring within this period, we will cover the full return shipping costs and handling fees. However, the warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Malfunctions or damage caused by careless handling or misuse.
  2. Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs, modifications, or disassemblies/cleanings performed by parties other than our store.
  3. Malfunctions or damage caused by the intrusion of mud, water, sand, etc., drops, or impacts.
  4. If the product is not maintained in the condition it was in upon delivery (e.g., the main unit is attached, accessories are missing).

Regarding returns

If the product has a defect or initial failure due to our fault, we will accept returns or exchanges.
