Returns and Warranty Information
■Product returns
We will accept returns for product defects, initial malfunctions, or other causes attributable to us, with shipping costs paid by us.
Please call us within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
- Initial defects refer to functional malfunctions. For used items, defects confirmed before ordering, as well as cosmetic or internal scratches, dents, dust, mold, dirt, etc., that do not significantly affect the original functionality, are not eligible for return as defective. Please also note that slight variations in exposure meter readings and shutter speeds are to be expected.
- Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience cannot be accepted.
■Warranty Information
To ensure your peace of mind when shopping, all products come with a 30-day operational warranty.
If any operational issues arise within the warranty period, please contact us. We will repair or refund the product up to the purchase price.
*The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
- If the condition at the time of purchase has not been maintained.
- If mud, sand, water immersion, drops, shocks, or improper storage after purchase caused the malfunction or damage.
- Operational defects caused by product specifications.
- If the user's willful misconduct or gross negligence caused the malfunction or damage.
- Replacement costs for consumables such as batteries that require regular replacement during continuous use.
- Defective parts, scratches, dust, mold, etc., that were confirmed before purchase.
- Defects in accessories other than the main unit.
