Process for business trip purchases
This is our recommended buying method, allowing you to sell items from the comfort of your home, without having to visit a store or wait for an appraiser to arrive.
STEP01 Advance Estimate
Please contact us by phone or inquiry form regarding the items you wish to sell. Once the items are identified, we will provide you with a purchase estimate. When requesting an estimate, we will need information such as the model name of the items. Please have this information ready before contacting us.
■On-site Service Areas
Our main service area is the entire Toyama Prefecture. Depending on the purchase amount or number of items, we may be able to offer on-site visits to other regions. Please feel free to consult us.
STEP02 Adjustment of visit date (scheduled purchase date)
Once you approve the estimate, we will arrange a visit date (scheduled purchase date). If you contact us promptly, same-day service may be possible. If you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone.

Due to staff and vehicle availability, we may not always be able to accommodate your request. Visits outside of business hours or on regular holidays are not possible.
STEP03 Visit and assessment
On the day of your visit, our staff will come to you to assess your items. To ensure a smooth assessment process, please have your items ready in advance, and prepare your identification. Identity verification is required for purchasing. Please provide an official form of identification such as a driver's license, health insurance card, or passport. We may make a copy of your identification.

Please make a copy of one of the following forms of identification:
- Driver's License
- Japanese Passport
*If only the page with your photo is printed, it will be invalid as it does not contain your address. - Basic Resident Registration Card (Type A and B)
- Alien Registration Card
- Various Health Insurance Cards (Health Insurance, National Health Insurance, Mutual Aid Insurance, Seamen's Insurance)
- Various Welfare Handbooks (Physical Disability Certificate)
- Various Pension Handbooks (Orange)
- Other photo identification documents issued by public agencies
*Limited to those with name, address, and date of birth.
*Limited to those within the validity period and not expired.
*As a copy of the page(s) containing your name, address, and date of birth is required, please make multiple copies depending on the identification document.
STEP04 Purchase and Payment
If you have only a few items, payment will be made on the spot after the appraisal. If you have many items, we will take them into custody, appraise them, and then transfer the payment to your designated bank account.
*Cases where payment cannot be made at your location
If the purchase price is high, for safety reasons, we may refuse to pay in cash at your location. In such cases, payment will be made via bank transfer or cash payment at our store.
