
LINE Appraisal Process
This recommended buying method allows you to quickly learn the appraisal value through simple LINE messages.
Of course, the shipping costs for the delivery kit and the purchased items are also free.
STEP02 Quotation
Please send us a message including photos of the product, its model number, presence/absence of accessories, and usage status.
We will then provide you with a provisional estimate.

STEP03 Shipment of your item
■ Shipping Preparation
Once you approve the assessment, we will send you a packing kit. Please enclose your items and the necessary documents and send them to us.
Identity verification is required for purchases. We may ask for a copy of a public identification document.
Please write your bank account information in the margin of the copy of your identification document (see sample). The account name must be the same as your name.
Required Documents
- Identification document (copy of health insurance card, copy of driver's license, copy of passport, etc.)
- Bank transfer account information (can be written in the margin of the identification document copy)
■ Identification Documents
Please prepare a copy of one of the following identification documents:
- Driver's License
- Japanese Passport
※If only the page with the photo is copied, it will be invalid as it does not contain the address. - Basic Resident Registration Card (both Type A and B)
- Foreign Resident Registration Card
- Various Health Insurance Cards (Health Insurance, National Health Insurance, Mutual Aid Insurance, Seamen's Insurance)
- Various Welfare Handbooks (Physical Disability Certificate)
- Various Pension Handbooks (orange)
- Other photo identification documents issued by public agencies
※Limited to those that include name, address, and date of birth.
※Limited to those within their validity period and not invalidated.
※As copies of the pages containing your name, address, and date of birth are required, please make multiple copies depending on the identification document.
■ Shipping
Please use the return label enclosed in the packing kit and send it via Yu-Pack.
You can send it from your nearest post office or Yu-Pack handling store, or you can use the collection service.

※Caution
- We are not responsible for any damage or defects that occur to items during transportation. Please pack your items sufficiently before sending them.
- If the package size is excessively large for the item, or if the selected shipping method results in higher shipping costs than usual, you may be responsible for the shipping fees.
STEP04 Appraisal results notification
Once your item arrives, we will conduct a final assessment and inform you of the purchase price.
While we strive to avoid price reductions during assessment, there may be unavoidable reductions depending on the item's condition.
■Assessment Checkpoints
- New Items: Check for signs of opening, package condition, warranty card, etc.
- Used Items: Check for operation, external condition, accessories, etc.
■Cancellations / Returns
- If you are not satisfied with the assessed price, we will return the item to you via mail.
*While return shipping costs are usually covered by us, they may be borne by the customer depending on the circumstances.
STEP 05 Purchase and Payment
Once you are satisfied with the quoted amount, the payment will be transferred to your designated account.
Payment can be made as early as the same day your item arrives.
Please note: Payment may take longer in some cases. Examples are listed below for your reference:
- If we cannot confirm the purchase amount or contact you
- If there are deficiencies in the required documents, or if the required documents are not included
- If we are unable to process the payment due to bank or our business hours (e.g., weekends or before/after holidays)
