Before visiting, please contact us by phone or through our inquiry form regarding the items you wish to sell. Once we can identify the items, we will provide you with a purchase estimate.

When requesting an estimate, we will need information such as the model name of the item. Please have this information ready when you contact us.

If you approve of the estimate, please bring your items to the store. Our staff will inspect and appraise them. To facilitate a smooth appraisal process, please prepare a form of identification. Identity verification is required for purchasing. Please provide an official form of identification such as a driver's license, health insurance card, or passport. We may make a copy of your identification.

* If you have many items, the inspection and appraisal may take some time.

* If you visit close to closing time, the appraisal or payment may be postponed until the next day or later.

■Proof of Identity

Please make a copy of one of the following identification documents and include it.

• Driver's License
• Japanese Passport
  * If only the page with the photo is copied, it will be invalid as it does not include the address.
• My Number Card
• Basic Resident Register Card (Type A and B)
• Alien Registration Card
• Health Insurance Card
• Pension Book
• Rehabilitation Handbook
• Other government-issued photo identification documents
  * Limited to those that include your name, address, and date of birth
  * Limited to those that are within their validity period and not expired
  * A copy of the page(s) showing your name, address, and date of birth is required, so depending on the identification document, you may need to make multiple copies.

If you are satisfied with the appraisal amount, payment will be made on the spot. If you bring in your items, payment will be made in cash.

■Cancellation

Cancellations are generally not possible after you have agreed to the terms. If you wish to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee, but shipping costs may apply.
